Field Marketing Executive (Contract)

Job Description


Events Marketing (70%)

  • Plan, execute and coordinate for all events and webinars with multiple partners
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various channels for all events/ webinars marketing
  • Develop communication materials like EDMs, poster by working closely with marketing communication team
  • Sourcing for event venues and service vendors.
  • Provide report analysis including tracking budgets and timelines.
  • Manage, assess, track and report analytics for all events and webinars
  • Facilitate as moderator/host for all events/webinars
  • Working closely with legal team to prepare any documents
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors and vendors when required to successfully execute all aspects of the events.

Administrative (30%)

  • Facilitate the procurement process from PR to PO creation in our inhouse system
  • Tracking of budgets
  • Booking of travel/accommodation documents for all speakers, delegates and internal team when required
  • Prepare monthly report and provide updates to management regularly


  • Minimum Diploma in events management, marketing, business management or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in events planning and marketing
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Strong in Public Speaking
  • Strong attention to details and possess good time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates in an education industry preferred but not necessary


  • Flexible work timing with flexible working days
  • 5 days’ work week. With occasionally weekends (when required)
  • Salary offered will be based on Individuals’ experience.
  • This is a one year contract role (Renewable).
