What you'll do:

• Processing of customer orders/returns. Liaise & coordinate with customers/sales & marketing/warehouse on issues related to orders/returns.
• Handling customer web portal/e-portal for certain customers.
• Provide reports as necessary or upon request.
• Attend to customer enquiries and some admin duties.
• Liaise & coordinate with freight forwarders, product managers & warehouse on issues relating to incoming shipment.
• Input invoices and match against PO in system.
• Assist in meeting deadlines of the workload within the customer service department, when needed.

Who you are:

• Minimum diploma holder with 2 years of experience
• Display a positive attitude towards learning
• Ability to learn and acquire product knowledge: good attitude and hardworking
• Shows initiative and is proactive
• Detail oriented, honors deadlines, keeps promises, and maintains service standards
