Act as a liaison between the customer and plant to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Ensure the smooth running of job orders and the meeting of customers' requirements, as well as assist in the handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
Obtain job specific information and update status.
Handling inquiries and complaints.
Discuss production schedule and relaying customers' expectations/requirements.
Ensures layout is done and ozalids produced for final approval.
Ensure all products are delivered on time and obtain job numbers for order processing.
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Diploma study in Business or relevant field.
Minimum 1-year relevant working experience.
Able to work independently, organized and meticulous.
