Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and plant to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Ensure the smooth running of job orders and the meeting of customers' requirements, as well as assist in the handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Obtain job specific information and update status.
  • Handling inquiries and complaints.
  • Discuss production schedule and relaying customers' expectations/requirements.
  • Ensures layout is done and ozalids produced for final approval.
  • Ensure all products are delivered on time and obtain job numbers for order processing.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Diploma study in Business or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience.
  • Able to work independently, organized and meticulous.
