Experience in Data Conversions from multiple sources (Flat Files, CSV, ASCII, ) to AS400.
Provide services to program new and/or modify existing customized objects.
Provide production support and to keep downtime to a minimum.
Provide superior customer service to the client clients, including response to incidents, proactively notifying customers of issues, and assessing and communicating business impact.
Resolve IT Incidents through resolution and as a point of contact.
Implementation of software and hardware projects within budget timeline and scope definitions.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
Proficiency in IBMi (AS/400) technologies – RPG, DB2/400, CL, SQL.
Experience and understanding of Production support and Performance engineering.
Strong Technical and Problem-Solving Skills.
