Role and responsibilities

• Month end closing.
• Ensure adhered to internal controls and procedures.
• Full spectrum of work for Accounts Receivables
• Assist Accountant in reports preparation.
• Liaise with functions within the respective Business Unit on ad-hoc matters arising.
• Initiate investigations on operational/ IT related issues.
• Prepare AP payments and reconciliation.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare Audit Schedule
• Ad-hoc task as required
  

Pre-requisites:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in finance/accounting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• A proactive learner & team player
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
