Retail Assistant / Senior Retail Assistant

Job Description:

• Make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience
• Effectively manage interactions with customers to exceed their service expectations
• Provide suitable recommendations to customers based on knowledge of our product range and promotion items
• Conduct timely checks and restock of merchandise on displays
• Perform cashier and housekeeping duties

Job Requirement:

• Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
• Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred
• Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
• Willing to work at our retail outlets in Changi Airport
• Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
• Candidates with higher education level and working experience will be considered for Senior Retail Assistant position
• Full Time, Part Time, Contract positions available
